Problem Note 49582: A campaign fails to update counts and an error occurs

Updating counts in a SAS® Customer Intelligence campaign might fail with the following error:

error in the stored process

This occurs if the campaign diagram contains a Link node connecting through a Cell node to a Communication node and the counts in the upstream linked campaign have changed.

To work around this problem:

  1. Select Act as a marketing cell in the Link node properties dialog box.
  2. Remove the Cell node from the diagram.
  3. Connect the Link node directly to the Communication node.
